My Thoughts

• Earn more, spend more !!
• Fix the problem rather than fixing the people !!
• Work to improve your knowledge, not just for designation !!
• Work for yourself and not for manager. If you are right, manager will eventually work for you !!
• We need not to be a good boss, a good employee, a good student, a good parent and so on.. Just be a good person, rest of the positions will fill in by its own !!
